HELM wishes to reach decision-makers within local authorities and government agencies, in particular elected members and officers such as planners, highways engineers and estates managers. English Heritage will provide local authorities with presentations on basic historic environment principles relevant to their role. Please contact your council’s conservation, training or member services department for details.
