No, Heathcliff married Isabella – They had a son but isabella ran away (she named him linton) Cathy married Edgar and they had a child called Catherine Linton Heathcliff forces Catherine and Linton to get married. Therefore Catherine is his daughter in-law. Heathcliff’s son dies of Tuberculosis and Cathy’s daughter forms a relationship with Hareton Earnshaw – Hindley’s son (Hindley is Cathy Earnshaw’s brother) It could get a little confusing what with there being 2 Catherines.
