Who is “Harrows Horizontal Directional Drilling Inc.?”
A. Harrow’s Horizontal was founded in 2001 by Steve Harrow. Steve worked for 14 years in various capacities at Union Gas and was their first drill operator to use Horizontal Drilling technology for their utility installations in Eastern Ontario. Steve quickly learned about this drilling process and soon became known for his accuracy and attention to detail. To avoid chronic seasonal layoffs, Steve decided to open his own drilling contracting company and sold his services back to Union Gas. Today, Union Gas remains one of our largest clients. Since 2001 we have installed over 25 kilometres of underground product throughout Eastern Ontario.
