Who is going to monitor the day to day construction activities?
The selected General Contractor will have the primary responsibility for the day to day activities. The Building and Grounds Team or their designated Project Coordinator(s) will act as the single point of contact with the contractor and will be the only group with the authority to represent the Church as the interface with the Contractors daily and weekly activities and work oversight. The General Contractor will not have unilateral authority to proceed with unauthorized repairs without approval from the appropriate church representative(s) outlined in the prepared motion to be approved by the Congregation.
