Who is going to determine what is really good practice?
We want to know that patients and staff support the project, with evidence to show how it makes a real difference. Our main quality test is whether patients, the public and staff recognise the end result as positive. Other organisations may volunteer to help your learning by sharing their experiences via the leaders’ workshops and SHA networks. We want NHS Live to create opportunities to learn from others and encourage adoption of good practice. We see NHS Live helping to develop new approaches and implement good practice.
