Who is God, anyway?

According to the Bible, which is the authority, God is triune, meaning He is three in one. Like water can take three forms (solid, liquid, gas), God the Father can also be present in three forms: God the Father, the Son, Jesus (who was God in the flesh), and the Holy Spirit. He is the Creator of all things. He is all-knowing, all-powerful, ever present. That means He knows everything without exception. Nothing is beyond His power. He is everywhere. Nothing escapes God. From Him nothing can be hidden. His Character God is love. He is loving. There is no end to His compassion. He is righteous, meaning in Him there is no evil, no bad thing, no wrongdoing. He cannot sin. He cannot lie. Because He is perfect, without sin, He cannot allow sin to enter into His presence. Because man was born sinful, there was immediately a problem. But because of God’s great love for mankind, He provided a way for man to be free from the guilt of his sin. That way was through the life, death and resurrection
