Who is financially responsible for biohazard remediation services?
Our number one priority at ABRS is to ensure that all of our clients’ needs are thoroughly and compassionately met. In most instances, the property owners insurance will cover the cost of all biohazard remediation services incurred. Thus, upon contacting ABRS, we immediately assign each of our clients to their very own Remediation Liaison Aide (RLA), who will guide them through each step of the biohazard remediation process. Insurance claims, forms, and protocols are often confusing, particularly for those who have suffered from severe trauma. ABRS is well versed in the various steps taken to ensure appropriate settlement of insurance claims. We will be available, upon the request of the client, to assist with clients desiring assistance with this aspect of the biohazard remediation process. In addition, for those of our clients and their property who have been victimized through crime, financial assistance may also be available through the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP). Just
