FBMECS is a wholly owned subsidiary of FBME Bank, and is member of Visa and MasterCard Europe, whose main business activity is the issuance of payment cards and other electronic payment products. FBMECS also facilitates the receipt and processing of payments in relation to card related fees and charges. FBMECS is the issuer of GlobalCARD Visa Electron and MasterCard Cards. FBME guarantees and/or warrants all the FBME Card Services Ltd card activities.
