The Family Heritage Trust Company is a Maryland qualified trust and investment management corporation founded in 2007 by a group of legal, accounting and investment professionals from Maryland and Pennsylvania. As a representative office of the Investors Independent Trust Company (IITC) of Colorado, we are chartered and regulated by the Colorado Division of Banking and subject to periodic audits, ensuring all assets are properly accounted for and all transactions clearly documented. We are governed and regulated by the same statutes and regulations that apply to large regional bank holding companies. Our primary focus is individuals and their families, their professional advisers, and endowment/foundation funds.
