Who is expected to cover the costs, the nanny or the employer?
We highly recommend that the employer covers the majority of the costs as they are the ones who will get the financial benefits. The costs should be discussed between the nanny and the employer as it may also be argued that the nanny will benefit from registering as it will make her more employable and improve her professional status.
