All account holders, primary participants and interested parties can view accounts online. Q: How quickly will this service be available once I request signup? The process for creating and receiving a NMIS Online ID is 1-3 business days. If you have not received your NMIS Online ID in 3 days, check your junk email folder or spam filter to see if your welcome email was inappropriately flagged. If you have any questions, please call the NMIS Online customer service line immediately at 866-664-7737, option 3 Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM- 5 PM Central time. Q: Is there a fee for our online services? There is no fee associated with registering for access, viewing account information or the download of data on NMIS Online.
