Any HMS Faculty, Staff or Student is eligible to use this service, provided he/she is based at the main HMS campus (Longwood Medical Area) or at the Landmark Center and are serviced by an HMS managed network. Traveling users or remote users whose department is eligible for this service can access their data using the HMS Virtual Private Network (VPN) solution. See the IT File Server How-To document for more details on the new campus-wide file server initiative. Many departments also use customized shared solutions from HMS IT. Contact your LISA (Local Information Security Administrators) to find out more. The following desktop operating systems are supported: • Windows 2000 • Windows XP • Windows 98 • Macintosh OS X • Macintosh OS 9.2 and up (with 3rd party product, purchased by user) • SUN Solaris 2.
