Any American Airlines, American Eagle or AmericanConnection® passenger with an electronic ticket may use Self-Service. Customers traveling to international destinations can use Self-Service Check-In machines at select airports, see www.aa.com/selfservice for details. Please remember to see an agent for special assistance if you are traveling with an infant, a pet, an oxygen container or if you are assisting an unaccompanied minor.
