As per Rule 4 of Meghalaya GPF Rules 1985, all Government Servants (ad hoc, probationer, temporary, permanent), other than those eligible for admission to the Contributory Provident Fund, are compulsorily required to subscribe to GPF (click this link to see the Rule).
