Who is eligible to receive shRNA clones from the UMCCC shRNA Core Facility?
The UMCCC shRNA core facility has purchased a license to distribute the Expression Arrest human and mouse shRNA lentiviral libraries to UofM investigators, who have had their project approved for use of lentivirus, by the Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC); please complete the shRNA “service request form”, in entirety, verifying IBC approval for your laboratory. note: IBC approval generally takes approximately 2 weeks from date of submission.
