Who is eligible to receive an AARTS transcript?
AARTS transcripts are available to regular army enlisted Soldiers and veterans, as well as active-duty Army National Guard personnel and reservists. Since the previous basic active service date of October, 1981 has been removed, all soldiers are advised to contact the AARTS Operations to determine their eligibility to receive an AARTS.
