Who is eligible to receive a Fuzzy Wuzzy Angels Commemorative Medallion?
An identified indigenous Papua New Guinean will be eligible to receive the medallion if he/she: • assisted Australian servicemen and women in Papua New Guinea during World War II; • was a civilian at the time of rendering assistance; • was no younger than 10 years old at the time of rendering assistance; or • is the widow or widower of a person meeting the above criteria. The medallion is only available to living persons. The medallion is not available to other family members.
