Who is eligible to purchase Raffle entries?
A. In order to participate in the Heath & Wealth Raffle, the purchaser must be at least 21 years of age and present in the state of Arizona at the time of purchase. Anyone 21 years of age or older and in Arizona can purchase a ticket for someone else (whether that person is in Arizona or not) – the purchaser simply buys the ticket(s) and transfers the ticket(s) to whomever they wish as long as the transferee is also 21 years of age or older. Board members and executive management staff of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Foundation and Barrow Neurological Foundation and employees of CBIZ MHM, LLC and CBIZ, Inc., and family members living in the same household as all of the above are not eligible to purchase an entry or win a prize.
