Who is eligible to purchase passes under the Walt Disney World® Annual Pass Monthly Payment program?
A. The Monthly Payment program is currently only available to permanent Florida residents for the purchase of select Florida resident passes. The contract purchaser must have a valid Florida driver’s license or Florida state-issued ID card with a Florida address and be at least 18 years of age. Q.
