Who is eligible to participate?
Rivermark members are eligible to participate unless you have entered into any of the following contracts: • Purchase and Sale Agreement • Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement • Listing Agreement • Current registration in any Real Estate Affinity or Rebate Program • Agreement with employer for reimbursement for any real estate related costs or through relocation or purchase program of any type.
A.You are eligible to participate in the Plan if you are a member covered by a collective bargaining agreement between an employer and the union that requires a contribution on your behalf to the Plan. In addition, you must complete one hour of service. You are also eligible to participate in the Plan if you are an employee of the District Council and Related Organizations, provided your employer enters into a written agreement that requires your employer to make contributions on your behalf to the Plan and you complete one hour of service.
The Online College Courses in the High Schools program offered through Marshall University is open to qualified and self-disciplined high school students. The program is also offered to qualified students not yet high school juniors who have received permission from their parents, principal and guidance counselors.
