Who is eligible to participate in the toilet rebate program?
The Royal Flush Toilet Rebate Program is available to Guelph residents and property owners that are replacing a 13-L toilet and are connected to the City of Guelph municipal water and wastewater system. Homes and buildings built during and after 1996 are not eligable for the rebate as the building would have an efficient toilet already installed as per the current building codes. Industrial, commercial and institutional (IC&I) facilities in Guelph are also eligible to participate in the toilet rebate program.
