Who is eligible to participate in the Telework!VA program?
Participating employers must be either a private for-profit business, or a non-profit organization classified as such under Section 501(c) of the Federal Internal Revenue Code, and must have a location with 20 employees or more in northern Virginia, the greater Richmond area, or the Hampton Roads area to be eligible for the Telework!VA financial incentives. However, employers in all parts of Virginia, across the United States and beyond are welcome to take advantage of the many resources that the Telework!VA web site offers. For Telework!VA purposes, northern Virginia is considered to encompass the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Stafford, Spotsylvania and the cities of Alexandria, Falls Church, Fairfax, Fredericksburg, Manassas and Manassas Park.
