See the FSA Summary Plan Description. ( PDF) . Generally, employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 17.5 hours per week or appointed on at least a half time basis. Individuals must be paid from the University’s payroll system and receive sufficient earnings to cover FSA deductions.
