Who is eligible to participate in ESEP?
• Answer: This program is open to all qualified active duty U.S. military and DOD civilians who are interested in applying. As a minimum, applicants must have completed a four-year program of studies in a scientific, engineering, or other related technical discipline from an accredited college or university, and also have extensive professional training and experience in their fields.
