Who is eligible to move into Kensington retirement Village?
Any eligible resident over the age of 55 who: • Is interested in maintaining their sense of independence but want to downsize to a secure home • Want to surround themselves with a sense of community beyond the privacy of their own home • is approved by the management company and agrees to enter into the licence agreement. The only restriction is that residents are not permitted to conduct a business from their home.
