The Studios on Broadway are available to primarily serve new students who have been admitted at Seattle Central Community College. Applicants for the Studios must be 17 years of age at the time they move in to the apartments. S eattle Central is unable to place students in the apartments with a person of the opposite sex, including married couples, and cannot accommodate children.
