New, first year college students who are age 19 or younger at the date the Contract begins are only eligible to live in the First Year Experience (FYE) program in Broadway and Ondine or in the Global Village Living Learning Community in Stephen Epler Hall. New, first year college students age 20 or older are welcome to live in either the First Year Experience (FYE) program in Broadway and Ondine or in the Global Village Living Learning Community in Stephen Epler Hall. These students must be registered for and complete a minimum of eight (8) credit hours of coursework per academic term. Undergraduate students, including those living in FYE locations, must be registered for and complete a minimum of eight (8) credit hours of coursework per term in each of the three, consecutive terms of the academic year (Fall, Winter, Spring).
