-All first-year students are eligible to join who have a grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale during either their first or second semester at ISU. Initiations will take place either the spring of your freshman year or the fall of your sophomore year.

You must be a residential UI customer. You must have a 200 Amp electric service or less. Customers with 400 Amp electric service, certain other electric service restrictions and mobile homes are not eligible.
