Who is eligible to invest with DPEC Partners?
Our members must meet all of the following SEC requirements: Must be 21 years or older, a U.S. resident and an “accredited investor.” An accredited investor is generally defined as an individual who had an income in excess of $200,000 in each of the two most recent years, or joint income with a spouse in excess of $300,000 in each of those years and has a reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level in the current year, or whose individual net worth, or joint net worth exceeds $1,000,000.
