Filers that have net sales of zero on Line 3 of the DR 0173, Colorado Retailer Use Tax Return and no tax due are eligible to file using this system. Businesses with branch accounts for Pikes Peak and Roaring Fork Rural Transportation Authority(RTA) retailers use tax can also use this system. The zero returns for the branches will be created automatically when you file your return.
