Who is eligible to enroll/participate in NYSEGs e-Bill service or other online billing services?

0

Most NYSEG customers can enroll. Some customers currently participating in special programs, such as Collective (Summary) Billing, would need to withdraw from that program to enroll in NYSEG’s e-Bill service. Can I also enroll in NYSEG’s Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) service and have my bill payments automatically deducted from my checking account if I enroll in NYSEG’s e-Bill service or another online billing service? Yes. If you’re already paying your bill online through a billing service provider and want to enroll in NYSEG’s EFT service, just print our EFT enrollment form, complete it and mail it to us.
