Who is eligible to enroll in the EWSDEP?
The EWSDEP is available to officers (O-3s, O-2s, and CWO2/3s) in both the active and reserve components of the armed services, to civilians employed by the Department of Defense (GS-11 and above) and to approved international military officers. Marine Corps E-7s through E-9s who are PME complete for grade are eligible to submit a waiver request to enroll in EWSDEP.
