Any current City of Troy resident or anyone currently employed within the City of Troy is eligible to purchase a recreation pass. All passes require proof of residency and/or employment verification. Many different options are available – annual, monthly, and daily.

Different rates exist for Troy residents, employees who work in Troy and non-residents but all are eligible to purchase many of the recreation passes at the Community Center. All passes require proof of residency and/or employment verification in order to obtain a discounted rate.
