Success First participants must meet the following eligibility requirements: • Attending college full time or part time for the first time for the fall 2011 semester. • Have a parent or guardians who have not graduated with a bachelor’s degree. • Submit a completed 2011-2012 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and eligible for a Pell Grant.
