We consider excessive checking account abuse to be situations where reporting agencies have indicated that an applicant has had their checking account closed by more than three financial institutions because of unpaid overdrafts or has had a checking account closed by a financial institution where the total amount of unpaid overdrafts was greater than $1,500.00.
