In order to qualify for the Tuition and Fees Deferred Payment program, you must satisfy the following criteria: • You must attend a state-funded university or college. Your school can be a campus program or online institution, so long as it falls under Arizona’s public university system. • You must qualify for in-state tuition as a resident of Arizona. • You must already be in the process of applying for educational benefits under the GI Bill. This also means that as a veteran or eligible dependent, you must meet whatever requirements pertain to these educational benefits.
