Who is eligible for the Summer Law Intern Program (SLIP)?

The majority of the candidates who apply to the SLIP are second year law students who work at the Department during the summer between their second and third years of law school. Third year law students who will enter judicial clerkships, legal fellowships, Presidential Management Fellowships, or full time graduate law programs in the fall after graduating are also eligible to apply.
