Who is eligible for the Physical Activity-Nutrition rebate?
The 2009 Physical Activity-Nutrition Rebate is available to regular active employees who elected to participate during the annual benefits enrollment in the fall of 2008. Rebate enrollment elections do not carry over from the previous year. The rebate is not available to supplemental employees, new hires in 2009, retirees, spouses/domestic partners, or other dependents.
