All NETVIGATOR subscribers with a valid @netvigator.com or @hkstar.com e-mail address, all NETVIGATOR Wireless Broadband Pay-As-You-Go Access service plan subscribers and all Business Broadband service subscribers, including @WORK Single Access, @WORK Multi-Access, Premier Multi-Access, Always-on and Business Dialup subscribers (except Leased Line and ATM customers) are eligible for the NETVIGATOR Wireless Broadband Service. No subscription or pre-registration is required.
