Who is eligible for the NetValue HMO and NetValue HMO Supplement to Original Medicare plans?
All CalPERS members who live or work in the following counties are eligible for the Access+ HMO NetValue Plan: Fresno, Kings, Madera, Orange and Yolo. NetValue HMO is available in most, but not all, areas of the following counties: El Dorado, Kern, Los Angeles, Nevada, Placer, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Joaquin Santa Barbara, and Ventura.
