Who is eligible for the MLC Vision for Life?
The MLC Vision for Life Program is offered to all qualified patients, who have had laser vision correction at a MLC Center. Most nearsighted, astigmatic, and farsighted MLC patients are eligible for this program. Since over 98% of the population falls into this group, we expect our program to benefit the vast majority of MLC patients. Please read the program’s detailed guidelines for complete information. To Maintain Eligibility in the MLC Vision for Life a. Complete your course of post-operative appointments during the first 12 months after treatment. b. Have your annual eye-exam with your MLC doctor. c. See the membership guidelines for complete details.
