Who is eligible for the Housing Rehab program?
If you own your home, have lived there for at least 12 months, and your annual gross household income is within 80% of the Gila County median (see income chart) you may be eligible for assistance from the Town of Payson’s housing rehabilitation program. Qualified applicants must provide verifiable income information, proof of homeowner’s insurance and maintain a code-compliant property.
