All eBay sellers in the US (excluding HI and AK) with a FedEx account and US-based billing address are eligible to request enrollment in the FedEx Advantage® Savings Program for eBay Sellers. Sellers must have a FedEx account in good standing, as determined by FedEx in its sole discretion. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
