The amount awarded is the maximum that can be earned through employment during the school year. • What are federal and institutional requirements for the program? Supervisors for work-study positions are required to comply with federal laws in regards to equal-opportunity employment. Additional information on such procedures may be obtained from Franklin College Employee Resources. Before a student can be employed in a campus position, the job vacancy must be posted online utilizing the “Work-study and On-Campus Employment” link available under the Student Financial Services section of MyFC.
