All members of the armed forces who served the US during the Cold War era –from 2 September 1945 to 26 December 1991– are eligible to receive a Cold War Recognition Certificate. My office is happy to contact the Army on your behalf if you have not received the certificate in a timely manner. Please contact my Dallas office in writing with your request.
