All CalPERS members who live or work in the following counties are eligible for the Access+ HMO and Supplement to Original Medicare plans: Alameda, Butte, Contra Costa, Fresno, Glenn, Humboldt, Imperial, Kings, Los Angeles, Madera, Marin, Mariposa, Merced, Orange, Riverside, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Tulare, Ventura, and Yolo. Access+ HMO is also available in most, but not all, areas of the following counties: El Dorado, Kern, Nevada, Placer, San Bernardino and San Diego. Call Member Services at (800) 334-5847 for more information about coverage in this county. Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST.
