Anyone is eligible as the system is no longer Means Tested. Whether a private owner, property renter, business owner or community club or school, you can apply through the RECs system. Owners of eligible small generation unit installations are eligible for RECs. Small generation unit installations include the following technologies: photovoltaic systems (solar power); wind systems; small hydro electric systems.
