Who is eligible for Rebuilding TogetherSavannah assistance and how are homes referred?
Low-income elderly or disabled homeowners, and families with children who are unable to maintain their homes, are eligible to apply for this help. Individual families are referred to us through neighborhood associations, churches and synagogues, community organizations and service groups or by self-referral. Non-profit facilities are also eligible to apply for our services.
