Providence Health Plans (PHP) covers online visits for their EPO and OHP members with no co-pay required. If you are a PHP member, we will verify your eligibility for online visits before your doctor gets started with your visit. We’ll bill your insurance directly when your visit is complete. At this time, if you do not have Providence Health Plans (PHP) insurance with EPO or OHP, you are not eligible to use online visits. You’ll need to schedule an appointment at your clinic. We’re not able to accept self-payment for online visits.
