Who is eligible for Lubrizol Out-of-Area medical coverage?
Employees who do not work or live in a Lubrizol PPO network area are eligible for Out-of-Area coverage. However, some out-of-area employees may still be able to use a network provider for some services. When a network provider is used, the percentage that you must pay is lower and the plan benefits are higher. Non-network benefit payments are limited to reasonable and customary charge limits.
